Ken, I didn't suggest a particular structure for the entity, that seems to be kind of a plug for services, no offense, but are you saying that a dealer can not send a buyer down the street (or suggest the buyer see someone so as not to get into steering) and have that MO originate, process and provide the note?

There's a reason people post topics on BP, and that reason is not to steer the conversation into topics of your own choosing, many of which are politically centered on your extremist beliefs.

Not only is this untrue (several great companies charge fair prices for props), it's also a great way to weed out turnkey companies to steer clear of.If a company pushes up its prices like that to make their cut, they're doing something wrong upstream in their business model, and you should definitely look elsewhere.

Including the part of how you've already done it cheaper on your own makes it sound, however unintentionally, like you are pretty aggressively telling them up front that you can do their job better than they can, and that would make me steer clear, thinking you are likely difficult to work with.      

That has steered me away from many investments that looked good in the pro forma.Kris
