Do the same with the hot water tank.4th look at all the cosmetic, painting, flooring, carpet,5th look at all the outlets see if they need to be grounded, see if they are two prong or three prong.

We are considering a house purchase, and inspector recommended the following:**Ground the electrical outlets in the bedrooms**Install GFCI's in the kitchen, baths, and outdoor outlets.The seller does not want to do it since "the house was built in 1980 and it was built up to code back then".I was thinking about getting a quote how much this would cost and deduct it from the purchase price...

Paint, primer, new texture, updated bathroom & shower, fixed lawn, new hot water heater, new cold water piping (it bursted),  added GFCI's to all of our outlets because the house was not grounded, added new cabinets in the kitchen2.

must, by law, be placed on the primary ballot in March of 2024.I understand that many news outlets are dismissing it as a nonstarter, citing Texas vs White.

We also changed the outlets all the way around the unit..

I have heard of people doing short term rentals in different areas because of the different things to attract people whether it's the Northern part of the state that has hunting and fishing, Freeport has outlet shopping and close to Portland the biggest city, and Bar Harbor is the Biggest tourist destination.

Air flow should be roughly equal through out the system, and outlet temps should be comparable.  

We took over 2 properties just this month...one tenant has an extension cord from the living room to the bathroom because outlets are not working.
