First, let me say wholesalers are in business because there is a demand for wholesalers, and they are  unwanted houses, so  with that--  I think it's good for the economy.I think it's because there is no regulation, no standards, no moral grounds, if anyone can be a wholesaler..  

My water bill I received over the past weekend had indeed shown an increase in consumption.

Moral of the story is, you guys need to workout who does what and how.

If I can help a family find a forever home, that helps me with my own ethical and moral values.  

They were never designed to handle today's water consumption (dishwashers/washing machines and 10 minute showers).

The same is true for smaller multi-family (5+ units) and even larger properties.Depending upon regulation in your area and the manner in which the property has been plumbed, you have the option of sub-metering water and billing each tenant for their actual consumption.  

I am having a moral dilemma and just want to hear from some people.

We do not rent units with utilities included {students are not always careful with their energy consumption habits}, but we do provide a single payee option where the student tenants prepay their utilities through us each month along with their rent.  

Once people become successful, there should be a moral percentage that they should give back.
