The fed is artificially propping up the economy with QE4, developers are overbuilding, and the market seems like its shooting up way faster than it deserves to and I feel a correction is imminent.

We closed on a new home (which I think deserves it's own success story in the Denver market) a couple of days ago and will move out of our unit of the house hack in a couple weeks.

I earn my money but that doesn't mean my client deserves to get nickled and dimed to save me a few hundred dollars.Judge your broker by the work they do for you, but if they start out by having you lock in a fee it's not the best trust builder.

I did this in 6 years on combined family W2 earned income 1/2 as much as the people that contact me on BP to ask me to mentor them or give them solid advice.I teach them first, Dave Ramsey credit deserved to "Live like no one else now, so you can live like no one else later."

Yes, the situation does suck and lots of blame to go around but I think that good ole conflict resolution deserves a chance. 

I wasn't saying I would replace it, just putting a max dollar figure on a problem like always for perspective and how much of my attention something deserves to occupy.
