Geez girl

I am a mid-20’s guy and my tenants are 4 girls in college, so there is no ambiguity who caused the blockage.

It's usually young girls that obtain the apartments and off-lease "boyfriends" conducting the business.

We had a situation once where our tenant was arrested and deported out of the country through ICE, but left behind his children and their mother (his ex-girl friend) in the apartment.

The girl had good credit and sufficient income to qualify for the unit all by herself, but she wanted her boyfriend to live with her. 

For you, maybe it's putting on your big girl pants and holding people responsible?

I am looking to put my three girls thru college, and even though I am way late to the game (they are 10, 12 and 18), I am optimistic that i can achieve this.A tad bit about me is, I am married and as stated earlier, I have three amazing daughters (yes, three daughters, God had a sense of humor with me).
