I am still new here and this city is so ridiculously huge I have just been concentrating on stuff nearby mostly north of the inner loop and I haven't yet see any of those up my way but I am guessing they are not listed often if they are around and likely snatched up pretty quickly if they cash flow well.

I've read about the ROI and spread on some of these deals and feel like this is a great niche to concentrate on, especially in the Houston market!
