My recommendation is to call the base operator where his military unit is and get the number to the closest JAG office.

The way I read it, it sounds like you want them  to give you a steak for a smile.

@Ash Badry My preferred markets are BC (because it's closest to home), NB (low prices) and MTL (due to my sister living there).

For instance where I live, the closest Craigslist section is for Eureka, which is an hour and a half away.
