A quick bio about me (very quick) I am 23 years old, a veteran, a father of 2 and married to the most beautiful woman inside and out.

There was recently a woman interviewed, I think Zeona is her first name, who got her start in Boulder with her own condo on Air B and BAnd @James Carlson is a local realtor who knows all about the regulations that different counties have imposed on STR.

The woman knew early USSR culture first-hand, and was not at all ashamed to expose it and its obvious hypocrisies.

I tried to get the woman at the city to give us the dumpsters, but they still charged us.

I see the benefits of a local portfolio lender all the way so Ive been calling around looking for a local bank that does portfolio lending around me and most of them just flat out say "no, we sell off our debts to fannie and freddy"One woman told me "Yes we do portfolio lending, but we dont service our own debt" Thats where I got confused cause I was under the impression that they meant the same thing. anyways, as always Id love some input....

I made myself sound like a very desperate woman in a really bad situation and so they tried to get even more money out of me for a security deposit.
