If this woman is single with no children, then she's not a protected class.

Real estate is the highest commodity any American can own and the best way to build capital, and as a young black woman I want to be the first in my family to own real estate and give back to my community.

@JPaul Mills  Often it is more about the (wo)man behind the marketing, moreso than the marketing itself.Bandit signs have worked for you because you made an effort to make them work for you...if that makes sense.  

Most of the people here instantly jumped to conclusions about this woman and want her out on the street.
