Fingers crossed that we can get a resolution, because at this point, the woman owes us ~$6,000 before any late fees / penalties.

The local chapter here in Hampton Roads does great work, but that result might be directly related to the woman who runs the local program.

Truth...thats the easiest approach. but throwing a woman with kids and a pregnant couple on the street without regard seems unnecessarily cold.

Apparently the tax delinquent resident, the former owner, is an aged woman that lives alone in the house.

I was speaking pretty much exclusively with two of them, a woman and her fiancé. 

I talked to a woman this week in Phoenix who has been paying the bills on her mom's house her in D/FW for 2 years after her mom passed and she inherited the home.  2 years of paying for lawn service, pool service, utilities, security alarm, and property taxes... it was THOUSANDS of dollars just because she wasn't ready to do anything.  

How do you define a successful woman?

When I met her I attempted to bond over philosophy (her profession, my major) and mutual social connections - and not let her realize that I have real assets for as long as I possibly could.I must admit I took some evil pleasure in "corrupting" a woman who was practically a communist feminazi professor when I met her - and making her annoyed at herself when she realized that she was just as vulnerable to enjoying a few material pleasures (good wine, nice hotels, skiing, riding in my MBZ instead of her Hyundai) as any other human.I don't see her telling me I should sell our family's ski condo and donate the money to charity!
