Biggerpockets community is truly awesome through their diversity (buy and hold, wholesalers, bird dogs, commerce, developers, flippers, agents, etc).

This area has a lot to offer, with its diverse real estate market and potential for growth.

We agree that CR is a hidden gem and can't wait to take more friends and family down to explore this beautiful diverse country with the beach views and mountain and jungle views with a head turn and abundant wildlife and everything and everyone else is great too. 

The terrain is incredibly diverse from 13,000 foot craggy mountain peaks all the way down to sand dune deserts (that are awesome with a 4 wheeler or the like).

South Bend specifically is as diverse as anywhere in the country. 

I speak a functional level of spanish and am particular interested in Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, and Spain, but ultimately would like to develop a multinationally diverse portfolio.

I personally prefer locations that have a very diverse economic profile.
