I have a land lock one going on right now in Oregon.. they are defending and are probably going to have to pay a neighbor about 50 to 80k to buy my right away or cut me a check for 500k plus and buy the property. they missed that I was landlocked.

(2) The defendant shall pay the redemption money to the clerk of the court in which the judgment was rendered or the order of sale was made.
