My first flip and I’m trying to interpret these results to make sure I budget correctly.

I’ve seen the word thrown around with a few other ways but that’s my interpretation (I’m new as well).

I'm struggling to interpret his report and am hoping someone here can help. 

I understand some of you with lots of expertise are interpreting my inquiry as offensive, amateur, and possibly even lazy and those are just not my intentions.

The issue I struggle with regarding out of state turn key is putting my trust in the turn key provider's interpretation of what an A, B, or C class neighborhood is.

I guess it depends on your interpretation of the state's words and definitions.

I am not positive you are calculating and interpreting NPV properly.

So yes, I get the occasional code official who speaks down to me like I wont understand the "technical stuff" and I pull out my variance request with a justification from the code interpretation.
