I don’t think she was implying she wants to “get Rich quick”.....the question was, “How do you get into real estate with no money?”  

That implies an expectation for a long hold time. 

This implies if you inherited this property from a parent that had it as their primary residence, you should analyze if it warrants moving into the property as your primary to maintain the property tax basis.  

This implies that my cash flow has already taken a hit for this year.  

This implies the supply has increased.  

Don't imply the area is bad just let them know we always suggest people do this to see how close it is to where they need to go (work, family).This really cuts down unnecessary showings.

They require ducting like a traditional system but the benefit is, as the name implies, it's one piece of equipment.

I was looking at it from a macro level on what is paid for the different services on a single deal.I didn't think I implied that I would hire a bad pm or agent.
