Apparently this was rooted in the days of ice boxes, when the "iceman" had a key to the back door and wasn't just a nickname for a mob hitman.Much better, right?

Generally speaking, I reckon getting less than 1% gross return per month to service the amount you owe on property, is skating on some thin ice.

I want to assume all potential homes will be average performers, and that way if they do perform exceptionally (or rather, if I as a host perform exceptionally) it can be icing on top of the cake.

And if you are thinking you'll just relist it and make an easy $20K, kicking the problem down the road to a fellow American after youve pulled the cream off the top, may very well end up biting you in the backside.

I've even stopped the ice cream truck and gotten all of the kids ice cream.
