I personally try to alternate between real estate/business books and then something more "entertaining" like a fictional novel or biography.

I wont bore you with all the money that has been made over the years for myself and those I know - you know, since it is all fiction.....  

In addition, I would like to read one fiction series.

Otherwise, I may be able to find something in a retirement village... if I was over 65

And I’m not talking about some bs commission like the 911 commission where it’s really just a fiction book that cost the tax payers a ton of money.

this "inspector" must be a former village/government inspector who got laid off during the real estate collapse.

If you want to go the fix and flip route, subdivisions such as Palmer Woods, Sherwood Forest and Indian Village will fit you well.

Detroit is really interesting right now since there is a ton of activity in certain areas of the City namely Downtown, midtown, Liv/6 district, historic neighborhoods, the villages, et al. 

I do not ever do this when I have a listing in Montgomery Village or most of Gaithersburg.
