I currently work 50+ hours a week as a Customer Service Manager; however, the entrepreneur inside me keeps me going.

I am a psych nurse by trade, but have always had a desire to be an entrepreneur.

As an entrepreneur I've raised capital and learned the ropes of Reg.

I attend a lot of their bootcamps around the country and often speak at them about business building, being an entrepreneur and property management.

But when I figured out I could always learn from others by paying attention to the details of their stories, I became a much better entrepreneur and real estate investor.

It's great on the job training so to speak.Having just closed down my own restaurant after three years I'm happy to say this new passion of mine has helped revitalize my entrepreneur mindset.Learning about real estate has been my obsession for the past year and that path lead me to BP.The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step and by the looks of things I'm in good company.Just admit to yourself you have a problem Mr.

A real shame.People don't get into real estate to become prison wardens, but entrepreneurs who want to get rich, which in turn their very activities enriches the community at large.
