It’s in my blood to be an entrepreneur, ever since 4th grade I started selling chocolates in school, and escalated to selling junk food, like chips and soda, all throughout middle school and high school, while also working part time.

It is interesting to speculate the amount of entrepreneurs who would enter into full time world if this wasn't a concern. 

Being a real estate agent is a lot like being a real estate investor, or any other type of entrepreneur for that matter.

I want to provide for them and give them the best life possible.The “What” in my life for a long time was real estate investing, and after giving over 10,000 hours of my life to that “What”, I wanted to give back and bring value to as many real estate investors as I could reach.The “Who” and “What” when blended together in my life became my “Why”:I want to help stressed-out entrepreneurs who are frustrated with not knowing their numbers and not making a profit by cleaning up their books, interpreting their numbers for them, and implementing a system to increase and prioritize their profits to be able to be less stressed, confident in their numbers, and make the profit they need to accomplish their vision and to provide for their family to have the best life possible.This “Why” gets me up in the morning and keeps me up at night.This “Why” keeps me going when situations and circumstances get difficult.This “Why” helps me learn a new system to protect and grow my profit.

Howdy all y'all,Taking the side of the "not so popular vote" here.If someone is brave enough to defend our country so we have the freedom to have free enterprise, create a rental business to collect rent, and be an entrepreneur - then I am breaking that lease for them in a heartbeat all day long no questions asked under our Military Affidavit Clase in our lease.

Paul is a bright guy (entrepreneur in a different industry) and I actually enjoyed having Paul at the event.

My decision to switch paths over to business from my dreams of being a healthcare practitioner was only because I promised myself that instead of spending years and years in medical school, I would be persistent in establishing myself as an entrepreneur/investor and have it pay off Xfold in the long term.

As long as they aren't violating any local codes, and they are willing to be honest with you about it in the future, I don't see any reason to "drop the hammer" on the young entrepreneur.

One of the key traits of entrepreneurs is giving back.  

Our homestead will likely include a main home, carriage house (guest house) with the possibility to build an additional guest houses as we hope to not only host our family and friends, but would also like to start a small bed and breakfast.What we bring to the table:- Real Estate Investing experience (I currently have 2 doors: 1 townhouse in Canada, 1 apartment in Italy)- Short-term property management experience (Canada/Italy)- Long-term property management experience (Canada)- Experience purchasing Italian real estate- Fluent in English/Italian (ability to translate)- Experience renovating using Italian building materials / systems- Trades: mechanical, welding (Him)- Successful entrepreneur.
