My kids host a week long “kids fun camp” for a few hours a day a couple times each summer.

The area I will be working is Camp David.

Seems like they are sales people that are well versed in tax liens and deeds selling boot camps for classes at 10,000, 26000 and the 40000I’m interested but don’t want to be scammed!

I dont know much about the Camp Lejuene area, but between the base and the beach - I imagine that there is a market for furnished rentals.

I don’t have examples because I focus on brrr but often I get leads or see opportunities like this in my market and I often think if more investors were in the traditional 20% down camp + open to minor value add they would open up a door to further possibilities

I did search the web and found some used boats that look pretty good for a " camping floating house/ boat  " :) but I have no idea about the make of it or materials .....I think meeting someone that actually has one for AirBnb purposes would be very helpful to me . thanks again!
