Doesn't matter who you schedule with or meet with, if you don't already own property in FL, then you are deemed to not be in business in FL so you do not have a business reason to travel to FL.Once you close on a property, all prior travel and exploration costs will be added to the property's basis and depreciated over 27.5 years.
