$200,000 in Pittsburgh really depends on the market.$200,000 in our b/c neighborhoods will get you a basic 3 bed 1-1.5 bath home that is nicely maintained but not overly updated.$200,000 in our d neighborhoods that is more our of rental markets (like investors) will by you 4-5 (maybe even more) generally good homes that needs possibly a little cosmetic work.
