You are an entrepreneur - yes, while your last business did not pan out, you'll come up on top again and again.

Mark Kohler, a partner in the firm, has his own podcast that provides great educational content on tax and legal issues, and they work extensively with entrepreneurs and real estate investors in particular.

Concur wholeheartedly - most articles on business and investing are not written by entrepreneurs or investors - they are written by professional journalists.

I have also started construction on a lot that I will build a house on to sell and would love to hear what other investors/entrepreneurs started young!

A good starting place would be to read “confessions of a real estate entrepreneur” by Jim Randel.

I’ve always known I wanted to be an entrepreneur & work for myself & college is just not for the person that thinks outside of the box/entrepreneurs.
