The front of the stove is shattered, the tenant has been there for 6 years, but they still insisted I fix it before payments would be resumed.

This is a self-correcting problem that has been on the mend for over 4 decades. 

Appliances come included but I will probably get a new stove and dishwasher on black Friday/cyber Monday sales. 

Seems like some countertops, bathroom vanities, stoves, etc. were replaced, yeah? 

For appliances you can just notify them you want to replace their stove etc. and when to expect delivery.  

The problem with efficiency units is 12 toilets, 12 stoves, 12 fridges, etc. and around half the rent of a two bedroom.

Then we got a 2-burner countertop stove and counter top oven that plug into standard outlets.

The driveway has concrete walls on each side which prevent the gravel trucks from delivering and spreading it for me, trust me, I didn't want to do this lol.Today was landscaping and some little things such as trim work and some work on natural gas pipes (putting on shut off valves, connecting the cook stove, etc.)

Like the fridge/stove/pest control, since they did not tell me about this and it became worse?

If there is a stove in the basement, fire laws will also come into play if not permitted.
