In the past 8 years i've had one non routine maintenance call across several new properties versus a slew of maintenance calls from older properties.  

Finally fixing Main St. in Somersworth is paying dividends for the area around downtown (though there is a looong way to go).Let's be honest though, both towns are amongst the most dangerous and rough towns in NH, and routinely make (or even top) the list of worst places to live in the state.

Exploring new places is a little hard since we well into a routine taking them to the Alexandria zoo or Shreveport Sci-port center.

I just have to make sure utilities and city water/sewer are available on that parcel I am not doing the well and septic tank routine.

A few weeks ago I was pleasantly surprised when Jonathan sent me a 32-page ROUTINE INSPECTION REPORT on my property.  

Get your judgement so that she is not able to buy that next car, phone, or apartment without settling with you.Then schedule an inspection - just a routine and regular maintenance inspection - giving proper advanced notice.

We routinely had to go outside of SF proper to Daly City or even Millbrae to get something semi decent....The low-brow Chinese restaurant in some ugly strip mall next to our house in SJ serves some killer dim sum.
