technology that weeds out busy's, drops a voice mail, and allows you to do less manual labor with your fingers, and outsource-able is brilliant..

The latest advanced tax book is very good.As far as accounting;   maybe if you out sourced taxes would the time spent punching numbers into QB make sense. 

The project management (bring everybody together and keep the project on track) appears also to be one of the biggest hurdles and not to easily be outsourced (you'll only know way in the deal whether the person is capable of doing it and then you might be scrambling for help).  

And looks no better than $25 paint when applied on the walls.Using specialty stores requires a lot more time, some things make sense to get a specialty store involved but most supplies aren't worth the added cost or time to outsource. 

Out of the gates we'd self manage, but would leave the possibility of outsourcing it later.Would love feedback on the numbers.

I also work a full time job, so the more I can make managing my rentals automated and outsourced, the more units I can manage.

I have found I need a better understanding of Buildium and how things are going to flow before I can outsource parts of it.

My mentor/partner has been teaching me his process for wholesaling and giving me a commission on each deal we close while I am helping him out with cold calls and other outsourced work. 

That story was point out that many "middle skilled" kinds of jobs have been automated or outsourced away.
