once a complaint is lodged ( in writing ) they will then contact the company and the company will have to defend their business practice.. if its legal nothing will happen if its a problem they will have to deal with it.However based on BP feedback.. its apparent that while they fund some .. most do not get funding and end up blowing 3k .. because as you state the deals simply are never good enough..
