These loans are strictly investor loans to entities, etc so I am never in harms way with CFPB, etc. 

Stay away from gang ridden neighborhoods because what you will need to spend on security will be more than you can earn in rentals plus there is the risk of physical harm to both you and your property.

But when my wife truly realized I was doing this to create financial success for us and not putting us in harms way she became much more comfortable.

Is just making enough money to cover basic expenses and not developing new skills, experience and contacts to remain current in the workplace and increase your earning ability the best route?

It only grows on organic materials and needs lots of water.Also, there are thousands of different types of mold and only a handful are harmful.
