I wonder what my grocer pays for his steaks.

I'm just getting started and I was on the verge purchasing multiple individual softwares to make life easier until I ran into Max and heard about this one stop shop (ReiRail); which sounds great but, after careful research and DD, the sizzle is more than the steak but, I love the efforts and info that Max gives and kudos for that and, hopefully he'll be the first to the market with a more efficient one stop shop technology. 

That being said, there are also many individuals in each of those realms, that I count on everyday that are my closest acquaintances and biggest assets in my "Wholesaling" business. 

We lived in Tacoma for 4 years (Seattle now) and two of our closest friends own numerous properties in Proctor, the North End, and Hilltop.
