@Leslie Anne Morris My concern with buying turnkey is the lost opportunity for increasing equity (and of course wouldn't be able to do BRRR method and get that cash back out).

As an investor myself and a realtor I have a good grasp on the area  For clarification, we’ve primarily been looking Clayton/Englewood/Huber/Tipp/Troy because that’s the area I know best and have family there.

@Mark Morris  It sounds like they are asking you to personally guarantee the debt.

I am looking into the idea of buy a turnkey property through Morris Invest and get into a market with a lower price point for entry.

About 6 months into my first property in  Morris County, but looking for more.

Seems a bit scary investing in an area you may not be too familiar with especially after everything that happened with the Morris investment situation for example.
