We camp up in Verlot at least once a year and love it up there.

I don’t have examples because I focus on brrr but often I get leads or see opportunities like this in my market and I often think if more investors were in the traditional 20% down camp + open to minor value add they would open up a door to further possibilities

I did search the web and found some used boats that look pretty good for a " camping floating house/ boat  " :) but I have no idea about the make of it or materials .....I think meeting someone that actually has one for AirBnb purposes would be very helpful to me . thanks again! 

And out door activities are truly enjoyed with all year round great weather with very sunny days, one hike that I know off and Lake Martinez not even 40 minutes away where you can camp, hike, fish, float, or my favorite cliff jumping!
