Those folks may just say screw it not renting those things anymore if thats the way they are going to be in a world wide crisis. remember they dont give a rip about you or your finances.. and frankly there is risk in business .. when its good you make a lot of money when its bad maybe you lose some money..

There were a few people pretty adamant about cleaning up bandit signs of all types, middle aged women with local tourist businesses that didn't take kindly to people putting up what they considered illegal ads on other peoples properties.They spend money on other channels of advertising and considered it not only illegal but also unethical business practices.I have used bandit signs myself and they are very effective, we used to put them out on weekends and have them picked up by Monday mornings.

If you have a lot of tourist for example, you may not want to market your house towards plant workers because you wouldn't want your house booked for 3-6 months by 1 person.

@Matthew Paul Although that IS a pretty easy way to make some quick cash (especially on the strip with drunk tourists) it's not quite as consistent as a monthly rent check/mortgage payment.
