Either way, paying in 2014 shouldn't hurt you -- worst case, you have losses this year that you can't use and you can carry them forward to next year (or any time in the next 5 years, I believe).That said, I'm not a tax professional and I know nothing of your personal tax situation, so take the above with a large grain of salt.
