Flipping, wholesaling, acting as an agent, and managing properties for others are all active real estate businesses, but not merely holding rental property.I actually got my agent's license, so that worked out well for me to open the 401K, even though I'm mainly buying/selling for my own account.There are many other small part-time businesses that would qualify (lawn care, Ebay store, etc.)And yes, if you have a business, you can roll over the SDIRA/LLC into the SD401K.

I think its great to get voted for in a thread but one person could easily become 'influential' by merely participating without really adding any value to anyone but merely spending a few minutes voting for other threads read or not.
