Many of my deals tend to fly quick off the shelf but I've seen many also linger on for a while and not close at all.I'm wondering, am I being too conservative on my end and letting too many deals go?

If you are already working in a good paying job that you have no intention of leaving then you do not need cash flow assuming you have reserves to cover major catastrophes.You can afford to own a infinite number of positive cash flow properties but very limited negative cash flow properties.
