Often times we sign up with new investors thinking we can fulfill their needs and at some point instead of having that “come to Jesus talk” and saying look we’re just not compatible, just not a good team and I don’t think I can best serve your needs…we simply end communication.

Jon,The financial industry was fulfilling the desire of many individuals wanted new things, businesses wanted to sell more product, government wanted more tax so that they could spend and shape.I think for awhile Americans are going to be forced to save.

I received November rent paid out on 11/21, $1000 from the tenant and $100 from TTP, fulfilling the rent guarantee.

Each month I could apply one coupon to my rent saving me the $100.....however....the catch was that if I had to leave and terminate the lease early I had to pay back all the money I saved using the coupons since I did not fulfill the lease term the coupons were tied to.

Might as well find someone good to help you, but you aren't obligated to stay in an agreement with someone who isn't fulfilling their end of the bargain.

They are in the process of building an Amazon fulfillment center up there that could skyrocket home values along with rents.  

It's been intense and exhausting at times but overall very fulfilling.
