Although the new builds out in Madison that I owned the builders excavated down and then filled and compacted and put in proper drainage.. the houses in So jack that are 30 to 60 years old are simply not built to the same standards. 

I’m about to put up security cameras as I suspect someone from the outside, either a former tenant or the former building owner has a “spare” set of keys and is helping themselves to my coins approximately 1.5 weeks a month as I often go check the box after 2 weeks to find no coins there when the weekly average is about $7.00/unit.

John,That is great advice- we do look for spaces to convert- maybe a porch that could be used as a sleeping area, or a spare room to convert to a bedroom, etc.
