I find their website easy to use.We have filed just one claim, for hail damage to a roof - they replaced it without issue (I think that had a lot to do with their outsourced adjuster, who acknowledged that the damage was probably from a storm from before we bought the house, but approved anyhow).They have not given us any grief on existing properties, but we did have an issue with the roof of our last rehab.

If there are maintenance calls, repairs, cleaning (we outsource most items when doing a make ready), painting etc we either do it ourselves or find individuals who can do those projects for us.If you dont factor in property management when you make the purchase, end of the day you will find that you have bought a job.

I do utilize work crews for all my maintenance work (Because regardless of what I do, I'll never be able to scale without outsourcing at least this).
