The beach is what first attracted tourists and expats to the area.

As soon as things open back up, I imagine bigger metros will be ripe for short term business travel and tourist travel again.

If you want to work and have to commute, the commute is brutal during winter and in summer the traffic is awful because of tourists.  

At the last one, there were a couple of presentations that touched on this topic and indicated we probably have 4-5 years of reasonably strong growth ahead in the single family world barring some national or worldwide economic crisis.

The city is Edinburgh here in Scotland which has a huge tourist attraction in the summer months.

And you'll only get that if you choose a property in a popular tourist area.
