I'm looking for homes to mail postcards/letters to and I've subscribed to PS. 

This is not in agreement with the code of ethics that a Realtor, or a Realtist are subscribing to.

I only subscribe to the simple package and nothing else.

Also, the Club site has a forum where folks who are actually doing land deals (and pretty much just land) help each other out.Recognizing it might cost Seth some revenue I will tell you (and he would, too). 99% of what is in the course to which you can subscribe, is available for free on his retipster site.  

I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.I think we need additional requirements to enter the profession.This is an interesting topic.

I hope you'll all check it out and will also subscribe to the show beyond that. 

@Will Grabert,you have a nice setup over there. like the colors.with others i too subscribe to better pictures of grout lines and nose profile. also if you can report back in some time about the "toughness" of this solution in real life.much appreciated.
