New member here and I am trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible.  

Carpet cleaning doesn't do a darn thing when the pee soaks through the pad and into the subfloor.

Take your time looking around BP and soaking it all in and hopefully the niche/strategy you want to pursue will become obvious to you.

I like that people aren't stupid enough to take a saw to it to try and fit their brand new oversized fridge....I like that it can't be burned when someone puts a a pan with the flaming remains of the thanksgiving turkey on it...I like that it doesn't soak up stains when the kids spill koolaid on it.Lol.

I've been soaking up info like a sponge through these forums, BP Podcast, and some audiobooks, as well as doing some research on Zillow, Trulia, etc.
