I thought that was literally illegal to have that many people in a 1 bedroom.Regarding the wages there... outside of the tech sector... silicon valley etc....it seems  wages in LA or CA generally, is for the most part not materially different from the rest of the country but housing prices obviously is. 

I also am interested iin the energy sector have been talking to a owner at a small solar business in San Diego.

@Misael Carlos Vera only take advice from people you are willing to trade places in the sector they are offering advice in.

Because I can tell you that in the financial sector- the people working from home are working longer hours today then when they commuted 5 days a week.

There's something for everyone to do, and everyone should do something, and if there's no private sector avenue to direct those efforts, then they should be invested into the public good.

Moreover, the hardest hit sector is likely not going to be homeowners but the 40% of America that rents.

Let's close the roads and forgo most of the sectors of the economy, and just pay people to sit at home with printed money.

I have had a strong past work history of property accounting in commercial and the multifamily sectors but I have been offered a new opportunity as a project accountant with a construction company in Phoenix.
