Here is another spin...if the interest rate isn't to your liking and the principal balance is just a tad bit high..or the term isn't 30 years...work with the seller to negotiate a loan mod with the lender and then take title sub 2 after the loan mod goes through.

Or maybe someone waiting for a house to be built and prefers to keep their stuff in a pod rather than move it into an apartment and back out when the house is complete.

Hello everyone,I have no knowledge or experience in the real estate world and am currently reading up on it and trying to educate myself on various things through this site, books, and pod-casts.

Hi, I wasn't sure the best forum section for this, mods feel free to move it.So currently my partner and I are self managing our rentals and we have a handyman that works for us.  

(I live in Florida now, so lets say Niagra Falls.. a spot where I actually want to go, ship two "pods" one for me, one for renting out (air bnb etc.)

I liked the thread but I wanted to expand on it and bump the price range up a bit to open it up to more stories.I'd Like to see some pictures and stories about a Rental Property you own that you are all in for 75k or less.I will save on of the mods some time.
