It would be possible to make a break like this with a bunch of people jumping up and down to music, but I would guess that it was that mixed with the beam being under supported.

please let me know your thoughts on this situation (not on myself, lol)I have a new 7 unit multi family, and one family has been sitting out in backyard with blasting music from their car, I know I can explain this in big paragraphs, but as experienced landlords/managers I know you understand exactly what I wanna know....I must point out.. it is an area that you can hear loud music, but it doesn't need to be my included..... Some of these new entrants, especially the out of state guys (*cough - California) that are investing here via funds are likely to get caught with their pants down and there will be a sell-off soon in the starting towards the end of next year.Is there a way to speculate on this with market instruments?
