I'd get it checked by a well company for water quality/safety and well function.It may even be an advantage for a renter who is going to do a lot of gardening or landscape irrigation or has livestock.

My question: If a tenant soaks the streets with a garden hose, seems like they mail a fine, if the tenant leaves, is the owner stuck with the fine, may be an unpaid fine that grows into a lien?
