Having pricing tools is also super helpful in running accurate numbers.2 - the connections to make launch smooth and quick, such as quality leads on cleaners, handymen / women.3 - the ability to offer PM assistance without having it be a critical component of the deal.

The only pro to launching a STR in SB county that comes to mind is that currently, I think we're reasonably safe from STRs being banned completely here, due to the fact that there aren't really enough hotels here to accommodate the 3 million annual visitors that come to the JT National Park.

eXp does have a new ibuyer program being launched as we speak which will be in many major markets across the country with CA being the major one.
