I looked at a place in Pittsburgh decent neighborhood seemed to be a pretty good wholesale deal listed at 29900 from pic's when I got there probably a few squatters living there at the time destroyed a lot mostly cosm...

I did my CEUs in person for several different licenses over the past few months and was very disappointed in the base knowledge of the presenters and written materials.

It is disappointing and a shame to see this particular "guru" harassed and badgered like this on BP, I have seen other "gurus" here who I would (from personal experience) group with Alexis.

Rather than argue with the seller who was convinced her property is worth $399,900 (I could hear the disappointment in her voice) I sent her to a wholesaler. :-)

I know where there is smoke there is probably fire but while reading these I kinda got the feeling many sounded like they were disappointed they didn't get the house as they hoped and were upset over the circumstances. 

You could use the same thoughts for a personal purchase too, but you are likely setting yourself up for disappointment if you don't get it.

You can never be too excited, until after you leave the closing and you have your money, and you can never be too disappointed just because one investor doesn't feel you have a good deal on your hands...Like Rehab702 said, just move on to another investor.P.S.

, Another initially said that they would only refi LTC right away and I would have to wait 18 months to do a refi of LTV which was obviously disappointing, then the last response I got said they would have a 6 month seasoning on fixed rate products , but I could eliminate that if I went with one of there ARM loans. 

So far I have only been disappointed a couple of times.  ;-)
