Joe Bertolino  yeah when I was there this project If I recall was just north of town.. they had built elevated decks were you walked up and viewed the property with a map showing all these great amenities... my first reaction was this could be a cluster who's to say they actually do it and how would you go about getting recourse. they were doing fly and buy just like turnkey does.. they had big presence in LA and Bay Area you would fly to San diego and they would bus you over.. or you could pay to ride on their DC 3  which would fly you right into the airport.  

Finance and real estate is as much an art, in fact more so, than a science, not saying technology isn't artfully composed but not as much as these two areas.

However, if you prefer local presence, then of course you should seek out a local CPA.

No love lost.What you just shared just proves my point even more because these referring based websites (Angies list and Psychology Today) do a great job creating an online presence that ensures they rank on high on Google searches so that they generate more visitor traffic, essentially giving them more authority im Googles eyes.Your clients for remodeling and my clients for counseling are searching online, which proves that digital marketing does work. 

Coweta is known as the main filming location for The Walking Dead, among many other projects.When you factor in not just the studio presence but also all the auxiliary businesses that serve them, it's very easy to see the growth potential for housing in those areas.We had a Coweta deal earlier this year that absolutely flew off the shelf!

BTW I don't live in NY so i cannot really manage any dealings that take a local presence.   

I've just become aware of their presence which is why I will be addressing this matter with her immediately.

There are great deals to be had here, I would label the competition as fair (not a ton of buy and hold investors but they are certainly here, recently more flippers looking for deals), the appreciation and volatility of the market is pretty flat, high military presence and a very high demand for rentals from military and civilian renters.
