I believe regulation for Portland is and has been growing since AirBnB announced moving into the market place.

They just announced another expansion so it's a strong area.

They just announced today that they were bought out by Roofstock so hopefully that changes it for the better and doesn't make it worse, though I can't imagine taking longer than THREE MONTHS to fix a downloading issue which is the very crux of what your company is based upon.

Like Gregory stated, Norwood still has some deals available and is on the rise, with the new Progressive Stadium and newly announced amphitheater coming to the area, should be even better for future potential.
