I want to convert my old cast iron tub into a stand up shower in a 1-bedroom unit.

That’s ironic since it is the single thing that could bring them financial ruin.Owners are responsible for providing a safe accommodation.  

Ironically, I signed up with InvestorCarrot because they have such incredible customer service (and it seems super intuitive), but I'm doing over half my real-estate work on the weekends during their off-hours and I don't want to spend half my limited time every week dealing with my technology instead of getting deals under contract or sold. 

Just happen to stumble across this and kinda ironic but a few weeks ago I was having dinner at the bar in Friday’s in Wilkes barre and met a guy who is a district manager for a car rental company and his boss wanted him to get an apartment in the area instead of staying in hotels.

He demanded a storm door, a railing installed on the outside stairs (after installing a railing he complained that it's not made of iron and asked me to redo it, but that's where I drew a line), he called a plumber in several times about silly issues that only happened because he consistently overflowed the bathtub, today he became convinced that all the windows in the house need to be replaced.

Ironically, I've found it's easier to lose discipline when buying for just yourself than when you know other people are counting on you!

Inflation on many goods - not ironically hidden from the CPI - will be through the roof if the dollar keeps tanking.

This was the car built and driven in East germany and other communist areas during iron curtain times.

My tenant called me last night and said that her daughter plugged in an iron in her room and that it somehow set off the circuit and there is no electricity in her room.

Now if only the personal attacks were ruled with an iron fist.
