Attract these people to your location.Here's a problem I see, so many people get captivated by the thought of the E-Myth and 4 Hr Work Week, that they focus on the wrong aspects first.  

Next up on my list is "The 4 Hour work week" (non-BP) ..and "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" (BP).Hope this helps you!

Honestly, for my personal situation, rent ready turn key properties is what makes the most sense given I’m a busy medical professional putting in 50-60 hour work weeks.

When you said you found it through your VA, it reminded me of the book Four Hour Work Week.

Also, I am not sure if you have ever read the 4 hour workweek but it is a great book and can provide a lot of tips on how to "cut down" hours at your W2.
