Tiffany - Just as far as being a single woman, unless you're handy and have some extra time on your hands or have cash to pay out, I would stick to a condo or wherever someone takes care of maintenance.

This looked like a right category for it...I have to get this out of my system…I am a married woman (27) with two young children (6 and 2).I like all this real estate industry, starting from interior and landscape design finishing with rehabbing...Couple years ago we had extremely bad job transition (my husband retired from US Army, and it turned out that many years of management experience are not valuable to anyone, so he had tough time finding a job.

In court they used the fact that I had evicted a black man and rented to a white woman as de-facto proof of my discriminatory actions.I countered with the defense that while I had no problem with renting to any color of person and would never favor one color over another - nothing in the law says that I have to rent to the annoying or the disagreeable ******** of the world.

Had a local plumber hire a registered sex offender and he went in to a woman's house to work on pipes, nothing happened, but when she saw his face on a poster that was handed out later her husband and nearly everyone else quit using that plumber for fear of safety for their wives.
