My question is this - does Johnson City receive enough visitation to justify a successful STR?

I've sold my real estate and focusing on flips outside of California.

Hi,I have a SFH to rent out in California.

In CA, would it be harder to get them kicked out using the police department? 

That would give me pause before buying rentals in CA or IL.I will be following this with great interest.
