I have heard about ALE Solutions & DAN Housing from Jesse Vasquez's YT videos and i'm enrolled with them.

On the 2nd visit I was not at the property but I saw them through the camera.

Are they interested or concerned about neighborhood crime, supporting data for surrounding rental rates that might affect your future cash flow, pictures or video of the property showing the class of the neighborhood and the property itself, ... ?

I just don't understand what happened here.Your PM could do a better job by requiring the tenant to take pictures or video so they understand the issue and can share that information with the plumber.

I'd recommend a "Templates Folder" that has templates for common used docs like leases, notices, advertisements for properties.I actually just did full video on my Google Drive set up over on my YouTube channel :)

I watch a lot of David Greene's YT videos and have messaged him directly and he gave me solid advice - if I'm going to buy outside of California, to go for appreciation states and look at the asset. 

Otherwise, if you prefer not to go through that process, you'll be hit with a 25% tax on your rental income, which can eat into your profits.I also recommend investing in a couple of cameras and a good smart lock for security and monitoring.
